1. Scope of Services
Consultant will provide the following professional services, as requested by Client:
• Voice AI setup (phone agent, workflows, routing)
• Basic website setup (1–4 page template, branded configuration)
• Basic CRM setup (pipeline, forms, simple automations)
• Integration of phone, text, and communication tools.
Advanced custom development not included unless added in writing

2. Fees
• Setup Fee: $1,450 (one-time, due before work begins)
• Monthly Service Fee: $450 per month
All fees are non-refundable.

3. Term
Agreement begins on the date signed and continues month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely access to accounts and maintain required insurance. Consultant not responsible for delays caused by missing information.

5. Consultant Responsibilities
Consultant will deliver services, configure systems reasonably, support monthly, and maintain confidentiality.

6. Limitation of Liability
Consultant liability limited to amount paid in prior 30 days. Not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, missed calls, or outages.

7. Ownership
Consultant retains ownership of templates, workflows, AI prompts, and proprietary systems. Client receives license while agreement is active.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Balances due must be paid before termination.

9. Acceptance
By signing, both parties agree to all terms of this Client Service Contract.
